Environmental Instruments, LTD was established in May 2004, which
is held by ShenZhen Zhongxing telecom equipment LTD(ZE).
As the holding company of ZE, ZE is one of the 520 key "state-owned
enterprises" confirmed by the State Department of China; at
the same time, ZE is a member of the key hi-tech enterprises in
the "National Torch Project". ZE was established in 1993,
which originated in Shenzhen special section the new system_ "the
state owns more than half of the share while the management right
is delegated to the private enterprise that has less share of the
company". In this way, the system brought sharply increasing
of stated-owned capital, the net assets increased from the original
3 million RMB to 2.6 billion RMB till 2003. ZE also gestated the
national famous hi-tech enterprise: "ZTE", which has come
into the market. In 1999, ZE carried out diversified business strategy,
carved out again, entered into the field of environmental protection.
Till now, ZE has acquired great achievement in water treatment and
R&D of environmental inspect instrument.
ZE has more than 40 employees now, 30 of them are advanced-technology
engineer. There is a national expert, several Drs, and post doctors
in ZE. In ZEEI 29.1% employees hold master's degree, 87.4% employees
hold bachelor’s degree.
At present, ZE is specializing in producing and marketing environmental
instruments, designing and constructing environmental monitoring
network, and representing continuous Emissions Monitoring System
and monitoring network. The products ZE offered included ZE-CEM2000
Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS), DM201 particulate
analyzer, DM202 particulate analyzer, ECC2003 environment commanding
center system and so on, which form a series of state of the art
environmental monitoring products. Explored by ZE themselves independently,
"ZE-CEM2000" was selected as one of the "National
New and Key Products" by the Ministry of Science and Technology
of P.R.C., which has gained 10 million RMB national debts aimed
to
construct the largest environmental instruments R&D and manufacture
base. This base was expected to improve the present situation
that environmental instruments badly rely on importing from foreign
countries. ECC2003 (Environment commanding Center), which is taking
advantage of networking technology sufficiently, could enhance
the supervising and decision-making capabilities of environment
better. ECC2003 also can meet the demand of government, society
and public, manage the environment properly.
ZE continuously perfect its distribution network, at present
it has 6 regional distribution networks, located in Huadong, Huanan,
Huazhong, Xinan, Xibei, Dongbei. It also has snatched great market
shares in Jiangsu Province, Guangdong Province, Hunan Province,
Hubei Province, Henan Province, Qinghai Province, Guizhou Province,
Zhejiang Province, Heilongjiang Province and so on.
